New Eden User Agreement

User license:

By downloading and/or installing these files, you are agreeing to the following End-User License Agreement.

"Licensed Material" is defined as any illustration, digital file, animation, still image, audio file, sound file, or any other product that is protected by copyright or other intellectual property right that New Eden is licensing to you, the Licensee, under the terms of this agreement. Any mention of Licensed Material is to each indiviudal item within the Licensed Material and also to the Licensed Material as an entire product.

You have the non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to duplicate the Licensed Material as many times as you want in any media format including but not limited to electronic publications which would include web design, print publications, promotional materials, advertising materials, television, movies, physical products and entertainment. Any other use must be approved in writing by New Eden prior to use.

You can change, crop, and manipulate the Licensed Material. You can also create works based on and derived from the Licensed Material.

You cannot sublicense, sell, assign, convey or transfer this License Agreement to another person. However, you may license or sell your derivative works which may incorporate the Licensed Material.

You cannot sell, license, or distribute your derivative works which contain the Licensed Material in a way that would allow anyone else to download, extract, or access the Licensed Material as a standalone file.

You cannot make the Licensed Material available for download in any way.

This license applies to you, the Licensee, as a single user only. No other user may use the Licensed Material unless that user has purchased an additional license prior to use.

This license does not grant your ownership or copyright of the Licensed Material. Except as stated, New Eden grants no rights or license to you, whether clearly stated or implied, to the Licensed Material. 

You are NOT REQUIRED to give credit to New Eden for any derived works however credit would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.
