Poser 4 w/latest patch from Curious Labs (http://www.contentparadise.com)

Installation

Use winzip and extract all files  into your default poser 4/5 directory, make sure that "use folder names" is marked and the files
will be unzipped in the right folders for you to instantly use them in Poser.

If you are on a Mac you will need to run the files through the Mac Converter, and Mac Installer programs found in freestuff at http://www.renderosity.com.

General Tips for Use

Load Nearme , Load the Skeleton, then conform the Skeleton to Nearme.

You can use the skeleton as a stand alone figure.
