Swatch-Maker is so easy to use that
a manual is not necessary.  Simply
"LOAD" a texture, select your desired
"SIZE" and "FILETYPE" then click on
the "SAVE" button and Wala! you're
finished.  It couldn't be simpler.

Swatch-Maker allows you to Resize
any texture that comes in sizes
from 8x8 through 512x512 to any of
these larger sizes:

  16x16   128x128   1024x1024
  32x32   256x256   2048x2048
  64x64   512x512   4096x4096

Swatch-Maker will save your new file
in the same folder as your loaded
texture with the new output size
included in the filename.

Sure you could take the time, energy,
and effort to do this with many
advanced graphics programs, but not
as simply and quick as Swatch-Maker!
