DESCRIPTION:
A collection of 400 Tileable Seamless Textures sized 512x512 in Uncompressed JPG High Quality format (herein referred to as "patterns").  These patterns can be used with any graphics software which works with the jpg format.

	NOTE for Daz Studio Users: Some versions of DS do not properly render uncompressed jpg files,
	however the solution is as simple as loading them into any graphics program and resaving them at
	85% quality. For Windows users, you can simply load them into MS Paint and then Save them
	(paint saves at 85% by default).

COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE:
This is a merchant resource pack which means that with the purchase of this commercial license and subject to the restrictions below, you may: 1) use the patterns to create your own projects like UV-Mapped texture templates for 3D Character or Prop Models and 3D Clothing to sell or share; 2) use the patterns to create pre-rendered art and animations for any project, contest or forum;  3) use the patterns in web design so long as the original texture and/or pattern file is not able to be saved or downloaded from the project; and 4) use the pattern file to print out card stock in hardcopy for scrapbooking or similar projects.

RESTRICTIONS:
You are NOT authorized to do any of the following:  1) share, sell, package or distribute any of the pattern files purchased; 2)  share or publish the pattern files on the internet, in web pages and or with online applications; 3) create derivative works like brushes, tubes, nozzles or similar tools from the patterns; 4) modify or use the patterns to create new texture sets or patterns; 5) create any project in which the original pattern can easily be recreated (ie simply cut-and-paste); and 6) take credit as creator/designer for any of the included pattern files.

CREDITS:
Credits are not required with the purchase of this commercial license, however, feel free to credit the original artist "RoLoW" as creator of these Penny Patterns and publish internet links to "www.WINTERBROSE.com" as desired.
