This license applies only to those items which are purchased through punkprincess627's Store/Market 
and does not apply to any items received through the Freebies section. This license may be updated 
at any time and reasonable attempts will be made to notify members of this event. However the 
ultimate responsibility to read and check for changes to this license is upon the Buyer. 

Responsibility to fully understand this license is also upon the Buyer. If you have any questions or 
concerns ask before you purchase. 

In Protection of the Author/Artist: 

The Author/Artist shall retain all copyrights to the enclosed materials, the Buyer is purchasing, only
the right to use the contents and not the contents themselves. the Buyer may not in any way 
redistribute this archive, in whole or in part. Nor may the Buyer store it any place within a network, 
on the Internet or elsewhere where it may be referenced by a 3rd party. 

Author retains the right to resell this work at any price to anyone else, or stop selling it at any 
time.

Buyer acquires the copyright to any derivative works created using this work, provided none of the 
original materials, meshes or textures can be extracted from the derivative work by any known means. 
If Author can show that any of the original material can be extracted from Buyer's derivative work, 
Author can demand both the original and derivative work, and all copies thereof, are deleted. Author 
may revoke this license if the Buyer has violated it, in that case the Buyer is not entitled to any 
return of funds. As an example, Buyer cannot make an image using a texture map in such a way that the 
original texture map can be cut & pasted from the image, nor may a Buyer use a Texture map and 
redistribute it with a model created by the Buyer.

This is not an attempt to in any way undermine the work of the Buyer but to protect the original work 
of the Author.

Buyer cannot make any MetaStream animation files with the enclosed materials, until any such time as 
this format can protect the original materials from being extracted. 

Buyer can return an item once purchased under very stringent guidelines. The buyer must prove that an 
item does not perform properly due to the Author's error and not due to O/S, memory problems or lack 
of experience. In no way does the Author guarnatee that the Buyer will receive the same level of 
results with the material as seen elsewhere. If a refund is deemed suitable, Buyer must delete and 
destroy all copies of the archive and submit a written statement in regards to the destruction of the 
files.

In Protection of the Buyer: 

The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to use the contents of the file. Author 
maintains that the items contained within the archive have been either created by themselves, or are 
derivative works from that which is found and can vbe verified to be a part of the public domain. The 
Author further avows that they legally possess the right to grant the Buyer this license for all of 
the archive materials. 

Buyer may use the materials for personal or commercial projects, as long as protections from 
extraction, as set above, have been met. The Buyer is granted the right to create a single backup copy
 f this archive, for personal backup only. Buyer shall retain this license regardless of a change in 
price or even if the Author should cease selling this product. 

The only revocation of this license, is if it is shown that a Buyer violated it.
