You do not own this item, the original artist / author / owner retains all rights,
but you, the buyer, have purchased the right to use this item commercially or personally for "Artistic and Non Artistic Purposes".

You own any rendered works derived from this package with EXCEPTION of, but not limited to,...
Any rendered image that means to reproduce or replicate the original texture source file.

You will not store this package of goods, or any item contained within, online, or offline, where as any other person(s) may obtain use.

You agree not to backwards engineer a "similar to the eye" item from this 
package of goods to produce a product to be sold OR given away.

You cannot claim you made anything in this package of goods.




To violate any of these terms of agreement can result in monitary compensation
