Please unzip the abr (Photoshop Brushes) file into the following folder:
Photoshop/Presets/Brushes  (or in a brush folder you normaly put your photoshop brushes)

Open Photoshop and from your brush menu, choose "load brushes" 
From the list wich opens, choose "KW_HolidayBrushes"

Unzip the png files in a folder of your choice.
