3DS License 

LICENSE FOR ITEMS PURCHASED AT 3DSublimeProductions 

This license is for items purchased at the 3DSublimeProductions online store.  It is the responsibility of the Buyer of said contents to understand this license, and if The Buyer does not, we can be contacted at contact@3dsublimeproductions.net 

The artist(s) retains all ownership of the purchased items, The Buyer is not purchasing the items, only the right to use them as stipulated by the contents read me file that is downloaded with the item. The Buyer may not redistribute, break down, or extract files from this file in any way and resell as an original creation.  If merchant resources are purchased by The Buyer, you are only allowed to use contents to create your own creations.  The Buyer is not allowed to have more than two copies of the said items, and if so, only allowed to use these copies on seperate operating systems if the systems are in the same location.  The Buyer may not archive the items on any p2p or other file sharing networks.  Copies of the items may only be made for The Buyer's backup purposes.

If in the event that The Buyer is not satisfied with the purchased items, a refund can be issued, however this is at the discretion of the author of said items, and store staff at 3DSublimeProductions.  Every attempt will be made to resolve these issues prior to refund.  If it is found that the item(s) do not work properly because of something on The Buyers end, we will not issue a refund.  If a refund is issued, it is The Buyers responsibility to delete all copies of the said items both on local systems, as well as destroy any archived, or backup copies of the items.

To protect the Buyer: Buyer is hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use all of the contents of the encapsulating archive file. Artist maintains that all items in the archive are their original work, or are derivative works from something found, and verified, to be in the public domain. Artist maintains they legally possess the power to grant the Buyer this license for all enclosed materials. Buyer may use the materials in any personal projects or commercial projects, as long as the Artist 's work is protected from extraction and none of the items above have been violated. Buyer may make a single backup copy of this archive file, for personal archival purposes only. Buyer retains this license, even if the Artist stops selling this work at a later date, or decides to charge a different price. The Artist may only revoke this license, if it is shown that a Buyer has previously violated the terms and conditions above.

The Buyer may use all purchased items in either personal, or commercial work as long as the original files cannot be extracted, and are protected from becoming public domain.  The Buyer hereby agrees to follow all terms of this agreement, and not be in violation of the license or terms of use of 3DSublimeProductions at anytime.
